Salumanus at the PLNOG conference

On October 1-2, we took part in the prestigious PLNOG conference, the largest and most important event concerning the telecommunications market in Poland. The PLNOG conference is a forum for the exchange of information for those who create and develop telecommunications infrastructure and analyze and supervise the development of networks in our country. As a partner of the conference, Salumanus prepared a place for the participants to have a quiet conversation with freshly squeezed juices, which extended the thirst for knowledge and interesting new solutions offered by our company.

During the conference, a lecture by Marcin Bała was of great interest, who provided the audience with a lot of knowledge about Fiberhome solutions. During the twenty-minute presentation, Marcin presented and compared three currently available solutions with DPQPSK, 16QAM and 64QAM modulation, enabling 400G transmission over DWDM networks. He also answered how far such data transfer is possible and how the solution used will affect the capacity of the system.
